A reconditioned engine is only as good as its assembly. Cleanliness, correct clearances, accurate torque and the right sequence turn individually reconditioned components into one dependable engine.
We assemble from parts that have been inspected and measured, following the sequence the engine design requires — with fasteners, clearances and settings verified as the build progresses.

Do you assemble the complete engine?
We assemble reconditioned engines from components that have been cleaned, inspected and measured — from short block to a fully built unit as required by the job.
How are clearances controlled during assembly?

Can I supply my own parts for the assembly?
Where the customer supplies parts, each is inspected and measured before use and anything unsuitable is flagged before it goes into the build.
