A reconditioned engine is only as good as its assembly. Cleanliness, correct clearances, accurate torque and the right sequence turn individually reconditioned components into one dependable engine.

We assemble from parts that have been inspected and measured, following the sequence the engine design requires — with fasteners, clearances and settings verified as the build progresses.

    Build in sequence

    Short block, head and external fitments are assembled in the correct order.

    Torque & set

    Fasteners and settings are applied to specification as the build proceeds.

    Final check

    The completed unit is checked over and documented before it leaves the shop.
